At Hatton Academies Trust we value all of the colleagues and their contributions to our work community; the dedicated class-based teachers, the responsive administrators, the pastoral experts, the inspirational leaders, the supportive mental health first aiders, the attentive learning assistants and many more.

We offer career opportunities from primary through to sixth form across five academies in the Wellingborough area. The Trust also has a central services team full of experts in areas such as finance, IT and estates.
