Careers
Hatton Academies Trust offers career opportunities from primary through to sixth form across five academies in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area. The Trust also has a central services team in areas such as finance, IT and estates.
The employee benefits we offer include:
- Staff Feedback: We conduct an annual survey based on HSE stress management standards. Each academy develops an annual action plan addressing staff feedback. Results are benchmarked against national public sector data, and we consistently exceed the average.
- Professional Growth: We have introduced Steplab instructional coaching in all our academies to support the CPD of all our teaching staff through evidence-informed practices.
- Progression: Career pathway discussions with staff, to support ongoing CPD and progression.
- Workplace Culture: We are working to transform workplace culture by promoting early resolution and proactive conflict management. Manager upskilling is ongoing, and the benefits of this approach are already evident.
- Flexible Working: We offer generous leaves of absence and will accommodate flexible working where possible. We understand that certain moments in life are sometimes more important than work.
